Expression Status and Prognostic Value of m6A RNA Methylation Regulators in Lung Adenocarcinoma

N6-methyladenosine (m6A) RNA modification is the most abundant method in mRNA, and it plays an important role occurrence development of many cancers. This paper mainly discusses m6A methylation regulators lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) to identify novel prognostic biomarkers. The gene expression data 19 LUAD patients its relevant clinical parameters were extracted from Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. We selected three significantly differentially expressed construct risk signature, evaluated prediction efficiency using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Kaplan–Meier survival analysis Cox regression used independent significance signature. ROC curve indicated that area under (AUC) was 0.659, which means signature had a good efficiency. results showed score can be as factor for LUAD.
